Bringing back to life couple pvc doors. Nothing wrong with the doors just saved me buying new ones to the size and style I liked. Harry arrived on time sheeted and protected the area of work. To which he began work on prepping the doors and finishing it to a spray finish. Amazing job Mrs Nora Mcdonough
UPVC / GRP Spraying
Another specialist area I have trained in and can provide is UPVC / GRP Spraying.
These substrates are normally left unfinished and if a required colour change most people do not know about the option of being able to spray these without having to replace them.
The system I use has been tried and tested to ensure long-term sustainability of the paint coating once applied to the substrates.
I ensure everything is cleaned and wiped down properly with specialist cleaner as this is the most important part.
Once I am happy with the cleaning process I with then clean the entire surface with a very fine pad in order to allow maximum adhesion for the spray martial.
Then I apply the 3 coat paint system via my state compressor and gravity cup setup.
The paint applied is a 2k material and is mixed in 3 parts with other chemicals to allow it to bond onto plastics, metals and fiberglass without adhesion issues or failing later on.
This is a high end professional product I use in order to have long lasting results and save the client money in the long term by not having to be replaced.
