A lot of Morden day houses and projects now include loads of mdf custom made to measure items.
With this area of service we offer onsite spraying or more of a traditional option of hand painted.
Both these areas are different in systems and all are based around the client’s needs and taste. Bespoke furniture varies in all types from of custom items wardrobes, storage units or media stands, with all these items being able to be sprayed or hand painted to an extremely high finish.

Full product consultation with clients before work begins to show examples of popular colours and pick a desired sheen level of paint for finishing.
Our setup system for these again varies on clients choice of spraying or hand painted, but non the less preparation on these units stays the same.

Full protection to be laid across entire area, with removing or doors of the unit, handles and hinges. Setup is on site normally so the area would be empty to allow best results. All these items being numbered for refitting at the end.
Sanding begins on all the wood especially mdf due to the type used varies so much in quality. Heavy amount of filing takes place of all the edging where cuts of the mdf have been done to get a smooth glass like feel on the wood.

Once this has been done primer coats are applied and the same process repeated twice over. With minor filling and caulking it is then time to apply the topcoats in order to give maximum protection and the desired finish picked from the client.
Re fitting beings after a few days in order to let the paint harden off enough to handle.

Then the bespoke units are finished, and clients can sit back and enjoy the high quality finish applied.
