My name is Harry and I run Finishing Touch as a sole trader with extra help on hand when needed for bigger projects or to speed things up.
I’m 27 years old now and I started Finishing Touch at 21.
Every year my business goes from strength to strength, forming new relationships with new clients, whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients, based on trust and loyalty. I really do take pride in my work especially the prep work as this is 80% of the work and how I obtain the superb finishes on the jobs.
With everything involved in the jobs I do, the goal for me as well is forming a friendly approachable relationship with my clients so we can have a laugh while working to achieve top finishes.
I have gained hands on experience and knowledge by working alongside my dad since I was 15 years old. My Dad has 40 years of experience himself and is now retired.
I’ve created my own company early on at 21 years old with the old school knowledge I’ve gained with my dad to which I’ve then added in new methods and
systems such as dust free sanding/spraying and general overall new school methods of staying ahead of the decorating industry.
I am based in the Epsom area just off Ruxley Lane and work locally in the areas list below. I like to keep work local as I have a young family and feel it’s better for myself and the client knowing that I am based locally.
I take on all aspects of painting and decorating from interior work to exterior work.
I can undertake any jobs sizes ranging from a small one-bedroom redecoration to a full redecoration of an entire house again varying in sizes.
Commercial is also something I have undertaken, including the high school being decorated many times before. Mainly I am a domestic specialist and this is where I undertake the majority of my work.

Front doors are in my eyes the main eye popping feature to an exterior of any house when done professionally.
Another area which more than 50% of my clients are unaware they can have painted are there kitchen units.
Another specialist area we have trained in and can provide is UPVC, grp, fiberglass or metal substrate spraying.
Timbauild is a resin based compound in which I have been trained to use and apply correctly in wood repairs.
A lot of Morden day houses and projects now include loads of mdf custom made to measure items, with this area of service we offer onsite spraying or more of a traditional option of hand painted.
