Harry did an amazing job painting the front of the house that had been neglected for a number of years. Front Door Restoration
Front doors are the WOW feature to any exterior of a house when carried out professionally.
The one area I am truly passionate about is front door restoration.
In this area I focus on bringing the door back to life, injecting it with huge care and make it a standout feature of any street.
Many doors have been left for years and years until the damage starts appearing from flaking paint to wood decay.
With most doors now being changed over to pvc or grp which in some cases are more cost-effective long term a lot of the traditional original front doors are disappearing.
Using different processes and systems, I can transform your front door either from a simple change of colour, back to bare wood and a full restoration bringing it back to life again.
When stripping a door right back to bare wood I apply a wood preserve and allow it to soak deep into the exposed wood.
I then apply the specialist wood resin to all the damaged areas and joins to ensure long-term repairs.
I then use a choice of microporous primer, undercoats, and topcoats to ensure maximum protection against the U.K weather.
