Front Door and Porch Restoration in Teal Facade

A full restoration bringing an original front door back to life. The entire door was stripped back to bare wood to ensure proper adhesion throughout all coatings. Every opening joint was reinforced using Timbabuild resin for lasting strength and flexibility. Heavy cycles of filling and sanding followed, using Toupret fillers including their gras lacquer, to bring the surface to an ultra smooth level. The Dulux Trade weathershield system was used from start to finish, with two undercoats applied and fine filling between each coat. The final top coat was applied in high gloss, delivering an exceptional sheen. The client chose Teal Facade as the colour, a deep tone that was not easy to apply but finished beautifully. All traditional hand painted throughout.
